Job Description
A Global manufacturer of Commercial Equipment is looking for a Service and Sales Administer for their North American Presence in NJ. The person in this position will have strong communication and customer service skills in a B2B Environment. An organized, confident, and disciplined self-starter and team player with a background in technical products, this position will need to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position would be the " point of contact" person for daily communication with business customers.
Service and Sales Administrator-Commercial Equipment Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes for new and existing customers
- Accept orders, schedule and confirm delivery times, communicate with production for parts and components needed for production and service calls
- Follow up on equipment scheduled for deliveries and installation with possible updates based on customer requirements
- Scheduling service and coordinating with Purchasing that required parts and components are available
- Determine the best mode of transit/delivery for items large and small and obtain freight quotes
Service and Sales Administrator-Commercial Equipment Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in sales administration, technical support, and sales support
- Experience with spare parts, supporting technical products, technical support, and service
- Strong communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Products
- Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
