This progressive, upscale Multi-Unit restaurant company is seeking a sharp and savvy general manager for its Boston metro location - their newest location that will be opening in June. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive, high-volume restaurant management experience with bar and culinary experience a plus in a structured restaurant group. The ideal candidate will have stable job tenure, a guest-centric attitude, and strong working food and beverage knowledge, along with a passion and commitment to providing the highest level of service to their guests. Candidates with Level 1 certification, Level 1 Cicerone, and New Restaurant Opening Experience is a major plus.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities in the front and back of the house
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Maintain a high level of visibility during all meal periods to all guests and staff
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent written and speaking communications
  • Exceptionally service-oriented/understands hospitality
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of leadership
  • Established longevity & career progression
  • Professional image & demeanor

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in upscale casual and fine dining concepts
  • Strong leadership qualities with outstanding service and beverage knowledge
