Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Work as a team with the entire restaurant staff
- Help oversee and manage all BOH managers and operations, ensuring a clean and organized back of house
- Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives.
- Assist in training, scheduling, payroll, and evaluation of culinary team
- Performing administrative tasks, taking inventory of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders
- Setting and monitoring performance standards for the kitchen team
- Collaborate with Executive Chef, management, and ownership to create a successful and efficient operation
- Always create a great guest experience
- Help manage kitchen daily operations

Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience as a Sous Chef in a full-service Upscale Casual Restaurant
- Passion for food and cooking
- Ability and passion for leading a team
- Knowledge of labor and food cost principles
