Job Description
An exclusive Golf Club in the Twin Cities area is seeking an experienced Sous Chef with a high-volume multi-outlet and significant banquet experience.
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Executive Chef and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, golf, and banquet operations to deliver an exceptional dining experience whether in the dining room, for special events or golf course food carts. The Sous Chef is responsible for the selection, training, development and management of both year-round and seasonal team members. On the administrative side, the position manages expenses to budget, conducts inventories and monitors and updates menus.
Sous Chef Qualifications:
We need someone with a solid culinary management background and good tenure. High-volume restaurant, country club, and hotel/resort backgrounds work well.
