RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creation and development of menus
- Staffing, monitoring, oversite of quality control
- Ensure that all food preparation is per regulatory guidelines.
- Look for ways to reduce spoilage of infrequently used items.
- Hire, train, and manage staff regularly to upkeep brand standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of Italian cuisine experience
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company s success.
- Good time-management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong passion for the art of food design.
- Culinary Degree or equivalent experience
