Kitchen Manager for a high-volume restaurant. Our growing restaurant company is looking for a great leader. We are a very successful restaurant company that averages about 4 million dollars per year. We will be opening several restaurants in the next six months with the same amount of growth projected for the future. We are looking for Kitchen Managers and/or Sous Chefs to grow with us.
Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef Requirements:
As the restaurant Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for all facets of the kitchen and its success. We are looking for a hands-on, high-energy manager. Strong culinary background necessary for success in this role. Weekend work would be the typical standard, so if you're looking for the country club life, no need to apply. - Looking for currently employed in an independent or corporate restaurant environment
