Outstanding company with a highly reputable concept is looking for a high-volume and banquet experienced Sous Chef. We're searching for an individual with a minim of $4 million in sales volume and experience of executing banquets of up to 100 guests. The ideal candidate shows great detail in execution, solid cost-control skills, and professional leadership. Experience with purchasing, ordering, inventory management, and labor management are an asset. We're not just looking for someone strong in the culinary department, but also a thorough and patient teacher and coach to assist with the continuous growth and improvement of our teams. Sous Chef Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience with from-scratch cooking, ideally in a high-volume and corporate setting
  • Banquet experience
  • Solid communication and motivational leadership skills

Sous Chef Candidate Benefits:
  • Base salary range of $50,000 - $55,000
