Job Description
As a Sous Chef at our restaurant, you will help support the Executive Chef and Senior Sous Chef while learning and continuing to advance your culinary career. We are a fun restaurant with 100% scratch cooking and a great vibe for both our team and our guests.
Restaurant Sous Chef Requirements:
- Scratch cooking experience in at least a lead line cook or supervisor role
- Exposure to sales volumes of $5 million per year
- 2 years of experience chef-driven concepts or high-end, quality scratch kitchens
- Established tenure, no less than 18 months in a job
