A large management group in Seattle is looking for a solid Sous Chef to assist with a new upscale/fine dining concept. Great opportunity to get in the door with a growing multi-concept group and show off your skills!
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Give daily recap to the Executive Chef about operations
- Ensure that inventory is properly stored, and the product is rotated
- Cross-train staff- on cleaning, organization, and dish presentation expectations
- Maintain standards and execute them consistently with the culinary team
- Keep a professional team-orientated environment
Sous Chef Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Sous Chef experience preferred
- Worked in a high-volume, fast-paced, busy environment with minimal supervision
- Seafood experience a plus
