Seeking Experienced and Energetic Sous Chef in the Baltimore market.

This is a very hands-on position where you will be responsible for exceptional customer service and operations by managing all aspects of this scratch restaurant with your feet while directing, motivating and leading your team to excellent results. You will also be a brand ambassador both inside and outside of the restaurant, networking and being involved in the community

Sous Chef Requirements:
  • 2+ years Sous Chef or KM experience with no more than 2 Jobs in the Last 5 years
  • Experience in Casual Independent restaurants a plus
  • Must understand what it means to be the Mayor of your restaurant and work daily to be win re-election
  • Must be highly organized and communicate well up and down the chain of command.
  • Must be able to think on your feet and survive without training manuals
