Sous Chef Job Description:

Experienced, Sous Chef needed for a high-volume, polished-casual dining concept. Gourmet burgers, salads and other fine dining quality dishes compliment the menu in a comfortable atmosphere. A strong presence in the restaurant is key with great attention to detail in Kitchen Management and to each guests' experience. We are a growing brand and there is not much in the way of creativity yet, BUT we serve an exceptional menu that keeps our guests coming back! Volume experience in excess of $3M is necessary.

Other Qualifications:

Complete understanding of operations is a must including: P&L, Budgets, Training & Development, and Sanitation. Qualified candidates, with 3+ Years in a similar, salaried manager position should apply now!
