This long-standing and high volume icon in Baltimore is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of hourly team members in day to day production and execution of service
  • Work collaboratively with the team of Sous Chefs and Executive Chef
Sous Chef Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a 100% from scratch environment
  • High-volume, upscale casual dining restaurant experience
  • Several years in a leadership role
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Strong, confident management approach balanced with being a great leader
