Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Supervise restaurant staff to meet the guests' expectations
  • Oversee all back of house functions
  • Ensure a safe, clean environment
  • Hire, train, and manage personnel
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Kitchen Management experience
  • Strong leadership qualities - upholds the culture
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Hands on style
  • Strong attention to detail
