Local restaurant Group is looking for a Sous Chef to join the team! You will have a passion for food and strive for your team to deliver excellence. Must be a strong leader. Have some made-from-scratch restaurant experience in your background

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Motivate, coach, and teach the staff.
  • Produce the highest quality of products by following all recipes and procedures.
  • Manage daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal labor efficiency.
  • Perform daily systems. Manage orders and inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Maintain health and safety guidelines at all times.

Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service management
  • Knowledge of common food safety practices (ServSafe preferred)
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Hands-on management style in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Scratch Kitchen Experience a must
