Local restaurant Group is looking for a Sous Chef to join the team! You will have a passion for food and strive for your team to deliver excellence. Must be a strong leader. Have some made-from-scratch restaurant experience in your background
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Motivate, coach, and teach the staff.
- Produce the highest quality of products by following all recipes and procedures.
- Manage daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal labor efficiency.
- Perform daily systems. Manage orders and inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain health and safety guidelines at all times.
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service management
- Knowledge of common food safety practices (ServSafe preferred)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Hands-on management style in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Scratch Kitchen Experience a must
