Exciting opportunity to join our team for our upscale restaurant in Columbia. We are seeking a quality Sous Chef who has a passion for this industry and has an eye for detail in consistency and people development!
We are looking for a hands on, high energy Sous Chef type candidate who has the desire and ability to run a high volume kitchen, coach, and who can teach, train and develop the staff! Candidates need to have a background in full service dining. High Volume experience is helpful.
We offer a competitive salary along with a good work/life balance. We are dinner only, open until 10PM, 6 nights a week.
