Sous Chef Job Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of salaried management experience as a Sous Chef
  • Financial exposure and P&L accountability
  • Sales volume experience of 3 million plus
  • Managing teams of 25+ employees
  • The ability to manage and motivate a great team
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, cost areas, inventories
  • Recruit, train, schedule and retain a great team
  • Develop and promote team members
  • Maintain a safe environment for our employees and customers
