- 2-3 years of salaried management experience as a Sous Chef
- Financial exposure and P&L accountability
- Sales volume experience of 3 million plus
- Managing teams of 25+ employees
- The ability to manage and motivate a great team
- Manage day-to-day operations, cost areas, inventories
- Recruit, train, schedule and retain a great team
- Develop and promote team members
