We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef with upscale, high-volume a la carte and banquet experience for our Granada Hills location. Founded in California, we have restaurants from coast-to-coast.
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- All BOH functions including cost controls, staffing, training, inventory and food quality
- Create memorable dining experiences that guests will not soon forget
- Lead the culinary team to excellence
- Highly talented, creative and smart professionals
- Vibrant, take charge chef who wants to make an impact on the region' s culinary scene.
- At least 3 years experience as a Sous Chef with high volume experience of at least $8M
- Experience with simultaneous a la carte dining and banquets
- Some corporate restaurant experience is highly preferred for systems and hotel or event venue banquet experience is a plus
- Independent self-starter
