You' ll be a great fit if:
  • You' re skilled in steak house cuisine
  • You have been working in the industry for at least 2+ years, and have experience in high-volume fine dining or upscale restaurant brands
  • You have culinary training and/or extensive cooking and production experience; culinary education is a plus
  • You have an understanding of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
  • You have strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • You love being a team player with the ability to take direction
  • You' re well-versed in Computer Technology

  • Bill and his wife moved to the Houston area from Connecticut to be near his daughter and 3 grandkids.  
  • In his spare time, Bill enjoys golf and one of his must-haves was a house on a golf course!
