You' ll be a great fit if:
- You' re skilled in steak house cuisine
- You have been working in the industry for at least 2+ years, and have experience in high-volume fine dining or upscale restaurant brands
- You have culinary training and/or extensive cooking and production experience; culinary education is a plus
- You have an understanding of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
- You have strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- You love being a team player with the ability to take direction
- You' re well-versed in Computer Technology
