Sous Chef needed for this farm fresh, fast-paced concept based in Southern California and expanding into the Bay Area and the East Coast. We believe our guests deserve quality and healthy food at a reasonable price. We are expanding and need strong leaders to grow with us. We are back of house driven with an open kitchen and the ideal candidate is interested in interacting directly with guests. This position reports to an Executive Kitchen Manager.

Sous Chef requirements:
  • Scratch kitchen experience with a corporate, branded restaurant group
  • Full understanding of kitchen management, including financials
  • Ability to build and lead a strong team
  • Motivate by being hands on and leading by example
Sous Chef Compensation:
  • Base salary in the $50, 000 to $60, 000 range with upside potential based on background and abilities
  • Excellent bonus program of up to $6K per year plus quarterly kicker
