Sous Chef Requirements:
  • HANDS-ON Chef - Office Chefs need not apply!
  • Reports to the Executive Chef and General Manager
  • Exposure to sales volumes of $4 million per year
  • Exceptionally service-oriented/ understands hospitality time
  • 2-3 years' leadership in preferably high-end quality scratch kitchens
  • Established longevity & career progression
