Job Description

We are looking for a Sous Chef with upscale casual high-volume experience to join the team at everyone' s favorite local hangout.

Sous Chef Benefits and Compensation:
  • $65k-$75k DOE

Sous Chef Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Hire, train, coach, and motivate culinary team
  • Manage with a firm but fair leadership style
  • Experience with high volumes - $5mm+ preferred
  • Manage food costs and control with a hands-on management approach
  • Ability and drive to work well under pressure
