Job Description
We are looking for a Sous Chef with upscale casual high-volume experience to join the team at everyone' s favorite local hangout.
Sous Chef Benefits and Compensation:
- $65k-$75k DOE

Sous Chef Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Hire, train, coach, and motivate culinary team
- Manage with a firm but fair leadership style
- Experience with high volumes - $5mm+ preferred
- Manage food costs and control with a hands-on management approach
- Ability and drive to work well under pressure

Jeff Haber often talks about his theory of existence in what he calls "The Mutant Hospitality Gene."
