Exciting opportunity to join our team for our restaurant in NYC. We are seeking a quality Sous Chef who has a passion for this industry and has an eye for detail in consistency and people development!
We are looking for a hands on, high energy AM Sous Chef type candidate who has the desire and ability to run a busy kitchen, coach, and who can teach, train and develop the staff! Candidates need to have a background working with Pizza as all dough is made in-house. Some experience with proofing dough is necessary as well as wood-fired oven experience.

Salary $55K to $60K commensurate with experience.
