We' re looking for a talented Sous Chef in the Hamptons to join our new team of hospitality professionals. We have 10 restaurants and are continuing to grow but need the right people to do it! Is that you? This is a YEAR-ROUND position on the beautiful East End of Long Island and comes with stability and growth potential! Tremendous opportunity for a hungry Sous Chef willing to lead and learn!

Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Able to develop and interact with staff to ensure quality
-Organize and maintain delivery of product
-Communicates with Executive Chef effectively
-Rolls up sleeves and runs the line!

Sous Chef Qualifications:
-Candidate must be experienced in high volume settings
-English and Spanish language a plus
-Experience with upscale Italian cuisine
-Must be able to run a kitchen and not be micro-managed
-New restaurant openings a plus
