Sous Chef Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of Sous Chef-level experience in a high-volume fine-dining or upscale restaurant
  • Culinary training and/or extensive cooking and production experience -- culinary education is a plus
  • Experience in a new restaurant opening
  • Positive leadership skills
  • Passion for growing their career
