Sous Chef for Fine-Dining Steakhouse

We are an intimate, fine-dining steakhouse that has been successful in the Baltimore area. Our concept is locally-owned and focused on serving a specific demographic in the market. Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs
- Supervise kitchen staff s activities
- Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
Sous Chef Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in high-volume fine-dining or upscale steakhouse concept
- Independent brand experience is preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills and hands-on, lead-by-example management style
