We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. We are a high-volume, upscale restaurant in Chicago. We need a proven leader in the kitchen. Also, we desire a person who displays an equal measure of cooking skills and organizational prowess. We are a growing company that offers a great future for the right candidate. You need an upscale, Mediterranean Cuisine background and a passion for the business.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:
  • Culinary excellence
  • Able to lead a kitchen team and develop the staff
  • Work closely with the Managing Partner to control costs
  • Build business through operational excellence and great food
Sous Chef Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary: $55,000 to $60,000
