Chef de Cuisine Requirements:
  • Must have current experience in a high-volume fine dining restaurant
  • Good tenure - no job hoppers, please!!
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A team builder and natural leader, willing to teach and learn at the same time
  • A mix of corporate and independent experience
  • Understanding of consistency on all levels
  • Willingness to exceed guest expectations

Chef de Cuisine Compensation:
  • Base of $60,000 to $65,000, depending on experience
  • We offer 100% paid health benefits
  • 2 weeks of paid vacation
