Sous Chef for Upscale Casual Dining Concept

We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team!
The right candidate has experience in upscale casual dining and has executed in high volume locations generating $4+ million in revenues and manages a team of at least 20 people. They will have experience with a scratch kitchen and working with seasonal menus. If you are creative and ambitious, this is the job for you!
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- Currently in a BOH leadership role
- Knowledge of cost and labor systems
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
