Sous Chef needed for a high-volume scratch kitchen. This position requires someone who is dedicated to the craft and is intense in the pursuit of excellence. We do not settle for second place.

Sous Chef Candidate Requirements:
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a from-scratch kitchen
  • Exposure to annual food & beverage sales minimum of 4 million dollars
  • Understands QUALITY 100 % of the time
  • Exhibits a sound hands-on approach and is proud to be a patient teacher and coach to their team
Sous Chef Benefits:
  • Base salary range of $50K to $52K, depending on experience
  • 50-55-hour work week, with nights and weekends rotating
