Sous Chef Candidate Requirements:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a from-scratch kitchen
- Exposure to annual food & beverage sales minimum of 4 million dollars
- Understands QUALITY 100 % of the time
- Exhibits a sound hands-on approach and is proud to be a patient teacher and coach to their team
- Base salary range of $50K to $52K, depending on experience
- 50-55-hour work week, with nights and weekends rotating
