Sous Chef Candidate requirements:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a from scratch kitchen.
- Exposure to annual food & beverage sales of minimum 4 million dollars.
- Understands QUALITY 100 % of the time.
- Exhibits a sound hands-on approach and is proud to be a patient teacher and coach to their team.
- Base salary range of $50 to 55k - depending on experience.
- 50-55 hour work with nights and weekends rotating
