Special Projects Manager Qualifications:
  • 3 years plus management experience within hotels
  • Multi-department experience- housekeeping, restaurants, engineering, from office
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator
  • Valid driver' s license and ability to travel throughout New Mexico 50% of the time
  • Must have a strong financial acumen
  • Proficient in Excel and Hotel PMS - Opera, Paylocity, ProfitSword, Revenate among others
  • Must live in or relocate to Albuquerque
  • Spanish / English bilingual highly preferred

Special Projects Manager Responsibilities:
  • Work within the hotel team or external contractors to keep projects on time
  • Be the liaison between the technical implementation and translation for the users to ensure the use of new technology
  • Test new systems prior to implementation to ensure they are efficient and on point
  • Determine timelines for implementation
  • Coordinate and conduct training
