Executive Chef Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years working in a high-end scratch kitchen in an Executive Chef role
  • Experience executing annual sales volumes of $8M or above
  • Dedication to development of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • A humble but confident leadership technique
  • Experience with Inventory and purchasing
  • Experience with Schedule writing and labor costs
  • In touch with new culinary and beverage trends
