Position Summary:

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. He/she ensures that all department goals are met and kept in alignment with the restaurant's needs and supports the Regional Manager by completing projects as directed. Leads the restaurant s Risk Management Team.

General ManagerResponsibilities:
  • All FOH functions including cost controls, staffing, training, inventory, and food quality
  • Create a memorable dining experience that the guest will not soon forget
  • Lead the Management team to excellence
General Manager Qualifications:
  • Highly talented, creative, and smart professionals
  • Vibrant, take charge, and make an impact on the region's dining scene
  • At least 3 years' experience as a General Manager with high volume experience of at least $5M
  • Experience with simultaneous a la carte dining and banquets
  • Some corporate restaurant experience is highly preferred for systems and hotel, or event venue banquet experience is a plus
  • Hard worker
