Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a high-volume, fine dining or upscale dining restaurant
- Steak and/or seafood cuisine preferred and $5+ million in annual sales volume
- 80% on the floor, 20% Admin
- Strong organizational/leadership skills
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Graciously and courteously interact with guests - greeting, seating, and/or table touching with the expected level of professionalism and enthusiasm
- Ensure smooth operations between guests, dining room, staff, and kitchen
- P & L and cost management experience
- Staff members: interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, evaluating, coaching & developing
- Always present a professional and pleasant demeanor no matter what
