Assistant Manager candidates may come from a corporate background with polished to upscale full-service expertise and experience with standardized systems and processes. Ideally, possess that experience combined with some independent restaurant experience. Being guest service strong is a must and successful candidates will also bring a versatile ability to coach and mentor with them. Experience in cost control and interpersonal communication skills are a must. Great tenures and progression in a career is an asset.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 years working in an upscale environment on the Management team, (no more than 4 years mgmt experience)
  • Experience executing annual sales volumes of $7M or above
  • Should have an in Depth Wine knowledge,
  • Dedication to development of the team
  • Attention to detail and hospitality drive
  • Experience with Inventory and purchasing a plus
  • Experience with schedule writing and labor costs a plus
  • Experience and comfortability in the BOH is a big plus
