VP OF OPERATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience leading operations, including managing multi-site hourly employees
- Experience with small-mid-size companies, focusing on ramping up a company s execution scale in a short time.
- Hospitality or related industry experience, including evening operations
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, and hospitality operations
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and developing new revenue streams
- Advanced skills with Microsoft office (Excel, Word required)
- Knowledge of Aloha/NCR Point of Sale system, HotSchedules or Restaurant 365 is a plus
- The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional integrity with highly sensitive information is imperative
- An uncompromising level of integrity and commitment to the accuracy of all work performed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diversity of individuals

VP OF OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the company, primarily in the areas of food & beverage, general management, event staffing, HR, and facilities maintenance
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures necessary for sustaining rapid growth
- Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of internal operational processes and find ways to improve
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
- Participate in evaluating and executing expansion activities
- Direct supervision of all staff members including operations and event directors.
- Oversee all Hiring, onboarding, training, evaluations, and HR related issues
- Ensure core values and company standards are adhered to on a daily basis
