Recruiter Managing this Job

Jayme Franklin
Senior Recruiter

Growing up in the restaurant business, Jayme Franklin has been very fortunate to work with some amazing leaders and entrepreneurs. He was impressed at how they were able to multi-task, mentor, and create successful businesses. Taking that knowledge, he progressed rapidly in the corporate structure, becoming a very young General Manager/Managing Partner and eventually owning his own restaurant in South Florida.
As a Product Developer in the event industry, Jayme worked at building and creating backdrops, service bars, tables, and basically any "theme" scenario wanted by the client. Currently, Jayme still provides that service as well as building atriums and hedge/moss walls.
Throughout Jayme's career, it has always been his passion to give back the knowledge and experience that was kindly given to him. Mentoring and helping people reach their potential is such an amazing feeling! As a recruiter, Jayme's mission is not just to place a candidate with a client; it is to help both meet their long-term goals.
