This is an independent restaurant located in Worcester County that is seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a minimum of 3-5 years experience with either corporate or independent concepts will be considered. This exciting opportunity seeks qualified candidates that are passionate about food, thrive on coaching and mentoring a culinary team and an individual that is outgoing, friendly and dedicated to their craft.



Executive Chef Responsibilities:
  • All BOH functions including cost controls, staffing, training, inventory, purchasing, receiving and food quality
  • Create memorable dining experiences for guests
  • Experience with working the cooking line during service
  • Coach, mentor and lead culinary team
Executive Chef Qualifications:
  • Highly talented, creative and smart professionals who are current with culinary trends
  • Vibrant, take charge chef who wants to make an impact on the region' s culinary scene.
  • At least 3 years experience as an Executive Chef with high volume experience of at least $3M
  • Some corporate restaurant experience is highly preferred for systems is a plus
  • Hard-worker, dedicated and passionate about food
  • Independent self-starter
  • Great personality
  • Possess a strong desire to make an impact
Executive Chef Compensation:
  • Base Salary- $55, 000-$68, 000
  • There is a bonus potential
